Driving from anywhere in Southern California
Get on the 710 freeway south. (You can connect with the 710 freeway from the 10, 60, 5, 105, 91 and 405 freeways.)
Take the 710 south into Long Beach and to its end. As you near the Pacific Coast Hwy exit, get into the far left lane. Immediately following the Pacific Coast Hwy exit, the freeway splits. Veer left at the split toward Downtown Long Beach/Aquarium.
After the split, stay in the left lane.
Take the Broadway exit, which is a left-lane exit. The exit dumps you onto Broadway, which is a one-way street eastbound.
Continue on Broadway through several lights until you cross Pine Ave. Just past Pine Ave, our public parking garage is the first driveway on the left. Parking is $7 (cash or credit), and you will pay as you enter. If our garage is full, use the public parking garage a few feet further on Broadway on the right side of the street, just past Pinkberry Yogurt and Broadway Pizza.
Once parked, enter the lobby of our building, which is at the street level, and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. We are at the end of the hall in Suite 280.
Driving from within Long Beach
There are several good surface streets that lead downtown. Any of these routes will get you to Ocean Blvd:
- Take Long Beach Blvd south all the way to Ocean Blvd, then...
- The 22 Fwy West becomes 7th Street, then turn left on Alamitos Ave to Ocean Blvd, then...
- Take PCH to Orange and turn south. Stay on Orange, which becomes Alamitos, all the way to Ocean Blvd, then...
Turn right (west) on Ocean Blvd and go less than a mile.
Turn right onto Pine Ave and go two blocks.
Turn right on Broadway. Our public parking garage is the first driveway on the left. Parking is $7 (cash or credit) and you will pay as you enter. Taking the Metro Blue Line
Take the Metro Blue Line into downtown Long Beach. Get off at the stop at the corner of Pine Avenue and 1st Street. Walk north on Pine Avenue toward Broadway. We are on the right (east) side of Pine, just north of Broadway. Take the elevator to the second floor and walk to the end of the hall to suite 280.
