Taking the Metro Blue Line

 

Driving from anywhere in Southern California

710 Freeway sign

Get on the 710 freeway south. (You can connect with the 710 freeway from the 10, 60, 5, 105, 91 and 405 freeways.)


Take the 710 south into Long Beach and to its end. As you near the Pacific Coast Hwy exit, get into the far left lane. Immediately following the Pacific Coast Hwy exit, the freeway splits. Veer left at the split toward Downtown Long Beach/Aquarium.

After the split, stay in the middle or right lane.

Go past the Broadway exit and take the Golden Shore/Catalina Landing exit.

At the stop sign at the end of the exit, turn left.

Turn right at the light at Ocean Blvd.

Go through several lights, the last of which is Pacific. You will begin to see our building on your right.

Turn right into the driveway that leads to the parking garage that is on the lower floors of our building. Note: there are two driveways back-to-back; the first leads down a ramp to a public outdoor parking lot, and the second leads into our parking garage, shown here.

Parking is $5 (cash only) for all day. You pay the attendant when you enter. Take the elevator from the parking garage to the third floor. Our main entrance is Suite 342.

If our parking garage is full, there are outdoor lots on either side of our building (see aerial map below) that charge $5 and $7 per day. If you park in one of them, simply walk to the main entrance of our building on Ocean Blvd and take the elevator to the third floor, then come to Suite 342.

Driving from Within Long Beach

There are several good surface streets that lead downtown. Any of these routes will get you to Ocean Blvd:

Turn right (west) on Ocean Blvd. and go less than a mile. As you pass through the light at Pine Ave, you will see our building on your left.

Make a U-turn at the next light, which is Pacific.

Taking the Metro Blue Line

Take the Metro Blue Line into downtown Long Beach. Get off at the stop at the corner of Pine Avenue and 1st Street. Walk south on Pine Avenue toward Ocean Blvd. As you cross Ocean Blvd, you will be looking at our building. Once you have crossed Ocean Blvd, come in the front entrance, shown below. Take the stairs or elevator to the third floor and down the hall to suite 342.

Here is an aerial map of our building, Ocean Center, showing the two outdoor parking lots on either side that you may use if our parking garage is full. The lot on the left ($5 per day) is attended, but the lot on the right ($7 per day) is unattended, so you must bring the exact amount.
