In this two-day class, taught by an Adobe Certified Instructor, you will learn to create navigable PDFs from various applications, how to export PDF content so you can use it in MS-Office apps, enhance existing PDFs by inserting and deleting pages, adding text, links, headers/footers and more. You will search PDFs, reduce PDF file size, and create PDF portfolios. You will add comments to PDFs and create a shared review. You will compare a revised PDF to an earlier version, extract pages out of PDFs, add passwords and permissions to secure PDFs, create actions to perform batch processes automatically and learn to remove sensitive information. You will convert existing PDFs into forms, add text fields and checkbox, radio button and drop-down list fields. You will make forms interactive, including calcuations, and add buttons to print, save, submit and reset the form.


This class is suitable for anyone with basic computer skills like using a mouse and opening and closing windows.
